FRESNO Sunnyside Christian Academy, is a Private School Satellite Program for home educators in the Fresno & Clovis and outlying areas such as Madera, Selma, Sanger, Kerman, Reedley, Kingsburg, Hanford, Chowchilla, Visalia, etc. FSCA meets all state requirements for families choosing to privately homeschool their children. FSCA provides record-keeping and first-time assistance for Central Valley families for a very affordable annual registration fee. FSCA files your annual affidavit, tracks your attendance, and maintains secure document storage. We have convenient online attendance which is submitted by email. FSCA requires NO teacher’s meetings or added events but encourages its families are encouraged to join Christian Home Educators of the Fresno Area or C.H.E.F.A. (a parent led volunteer organization of homeschoolers) for extra-curricular events such as 8th and 12th graduations, both a science and fine arts faire, chess club, parent-taught classes, high school classes, high school activities and youth group, etc.
